RS Finance is a new platform. A friend got me to use it and I opened a trading account (12*****). My trading email is hu*******@163.com. I trade gold and forex. The trading environment is terrible, to say the least. Initially, the market was bad, and I made small profits and losses. Withdrawals were normal, but once I made a profit, they immediately stopped allowing withdrawals, sending an email notifying me that my account had been closed due to violations. Currently, I’m unable to withdraw my $23,000 USD, and I can't log into the account backend. I can't provide my MT4 trading records or the backend deposit and withdrawal statements. They've closed my backend login. I deposited in cryptocurrency, and I only have the emails from that time. In the future, I will definitely choose a large platform. Small platforms are very unreasonable and uncooperative. They don't respond to emails from customer service. It's like they've vanished. The sales manager who introduced me is also uncooperative and unresponsive.
