After submitting the request, I contacted the platform's online customer service and email customer service multiple times to inquire about the progress. All communications only received the same template reply: "funds are under review.\" The platform did not provide any reason for the delay in review, any notice of supplementary materials, or an estimated completion time; 4. As of now, the platform has unjustifiably withheld and maliciously delayed the withdrawal for more than a week, evading the basic obligation to fulfill the withdrawal under the vague name of "review.
