Subsequently, I only successfully withdrew 49,701 USD in total, and the account profit was approximately 18,747 USD. Based on actual funds, my account balance should be approximately: 98,000 + 18,747 - 49,701 = 67,046 USD But ATFX directly deducted 67,045 USD from my account, almost wiping out the remaining balance. More seriously, my profit was only about 18,747 USD, but the platform deducted as much as 67,045 USD, which clearly goes beyond deducting profits and has already touched my principal. I did not engage in any irregular trading, nor did I use any illegal plugins, scripts, arbitrage tools, or maliciously exploit system vulnerabilities. If the platform believes I violated rules, it should provide complete evidence, including order details, quote records, execution logs, liquidity provider proof, the basis for the deduction, and a detailed calculation of the 67,045 USD. I have repeatedly contacted ATFX customer service and the complaints department via email, and have submitted materials as required by the platform. However, the platform has not provided any substantive results, only delaying or not responding. I demand that ATFX immediately return the deducted principal and legitimate profits, restore withdrawal capabilities, and provide the full basis and calculation process for the deduction.
