I am a customer of the PGMarkets platform. My withdrawal request was rejected on June 15th, and I haven't been able to access the back-end system since. The platform sent me an email saying my account is linked to four other accounts and will be under investigation for three months. I have no relationship with these four individuals. I am simply an independent customer of the platform. I have always traded in compliance with regulations and have already cooperated with the company's verification process. I have been unable to access the back-end system for half a month. The money I deposited into the platform is my hard-earned savings, and I am extremely anxious. This behavior by the platform is causing panic among customers and will negatively impact the platform's operations. The platform cannot continue to hold up innocent customers like us. When will I be able to access the back-end system? Please handle this immediately!
