I am a client of the Anzo platform, account number 949684. In April 2026, I was legitimately conducting normal short-term XAUUSD trading, fully compliant with no violations at any point. Yet I was ruthlessly exploited by the platform—all profits beyond the principal were completely wiped out. Now both MT4 and the backend are inaccessible. After nearly two months of rights protection efforts hitting dead ends, I have no choice but to expose this with tears. On April 15, I deposited $6,585. I manually traded gold short-term throughout, with complete and verifiable records of every order's opening and closing times and prices. All were normal short-term market trades, with no violations such as churning, hedging, abnormal arbitrage, etc. I have retained complete screenshots of the transaction records. After trading that day, the account generated reasonable trading profits. However, just as I was preparing to request a partial withdrawal, the platform unilaterally initiated a so-called "investigation," fabricating that I violated Clause 33.6 of the client agreement, deeming my trading irregular without any substantive evidence. From April until now, I have been in continuous email communication with the platform's customer service to defend my rights. After dozens of back-and-forth emails, I repeatedly presented complete transaction records to prove my innocence. Yet the platform consistently ignored my fully compliant trading records, relentlessly demanding various stringent notarized materials: selfies holding documents, notarized passport copies, notarized address copies, etc., constantly raising the bar. I truthfully explained my objective situation that I could not quickly provide notarized documents, and I repeatedly requested only the return of my principal and profits. The platform completely ignored me, neither verifying my transaction records to prove I had no violations nor negotiating the return of profits. Even worse, without providing any concrete evidence of violations and without reaching any communication outcome with me, the platform unilaterally cleared all my trading profits of $1,308.49 from my account, confiscating the earnings I had painstakingly earned by monitoring charts and trading. Now my MT4 trading terminal and client backend are all blocked and inaccessible, my account has completely lost operational authority, and I cannot even view my account balance or trading records. I have been utterly restricted from all permissions by the platform unilaterally. Over the past two months, I have repeatedly sent emails communicating my demands, but each time I only received templated perfunctory replies, constantly urging me to provide various notarized materials. They never directly addressed my complete and compliant transaction details, nor would they explain which specific order violated the so-called Clause 33.6. They could not produce any order details to support their claim of my violation. Based solely on a vague clause, they arbitrarily embezzled the trader's profits, blocked the account to cut off user access channels, completely disregarding the legitimate property rights of traders. I concentrated on monitoring charts and analyzing market conditions, manually entering trade after trade to accumulate earnings. The platform, with a flimsy investigation, looted everything. Now I cannot log into my account, my profits have been cleared, and my rights protection communications have made no substantial progress. The time, effort, and hard-earned gains I invested have come to nothing. Here I am publicly exposing the unreasonable and oppressive actions of Anzo Capital Limited, warning all forex traders to avoid this platform, and sincerely requesting relevant channels to help supervise. I hope the platform will properly review my complete and compliant trading records, return all the profits that were maliciously confiscated, and lift the login restrictions on my account so I can withdraw my funds.
