A platform rated 8.9 actually refuses to process withdrawals. Over 400,000 in principal can't be withdrawn; I'm willing to give up the profits and just get my principal back, but even that isn't allowed. A withdrawal of 20,000 dollars hasn't arrived either, and they're asking me to pay a 15% deposit. The reason is even more ridiculous—they say my account was logged in from a different location. What business is it of yours where I log in to my own account? If I go abroad for a trip, does my account become invalid? I deposited real money, so why won't you let me withdraw?
