Dear Sir or Madam, I have strictly adhered to all regulations while trading forex and gold products normally on the Australian platform (AXEL PRIVATE MARKET PTY LTD). On May 5, 2026, I applied to withdraw USD 21,911. The withdrawal was approved, but only USD 3,249.99 was released. I have repeatedly appealed and provided feedback to the Australian-regulated (AXEL) platform. To date, the remaining funds have been refused for release, which seriously violates ASIC regulatory provisions and the principles of fairness in financial services, and constitutes malicious appropriation of investor funds.
