On April 9, 2026, without me performing any operation, issuing any instruction, or authorizing anyone to operate on my behalf, the system inexplicably generated trading orders out of thin air, causing an account loss of over 240,000 USD (see attached image). The buy/sell times and prices of these loss-making orders are completely identical. On April 9th, I conducted normal operations myself, but these abnormal loss-making orders did not appear in my account during the daytime. They suddenly appeared only in the early morning of April 10th, and were displayed as trades from the early morning of April 9th. Their execution times completely fail to correspond with the times of my actual orders placed during the daytime that day. I have MT4 account screenshots from the daytime of April 9th, and these loss-making orders were not present in those screenshots at the time. However, by the early morning of April 10th, orders marked as from the early morning of April 9th had appeared in the account out of nowhere. This clearly determines that these orders were not operated by me and are abnormal orders falsely generated by the platform's backend. Asia Pacific Gold maliciously fabricated false loss-making orders, tampered with trading records in the backend, and generated trades out of thin air without my operation or authorization, directly causing massive losses. This illegal and non-compliant act that infringes upon investor rights must be seriously held accountable!
