On April 30, 2026, I deposited $1300 and placed a 1-lot order. On May 1, 2026, when I tried to log back in, my account was locked. I don't understand what I did wrong because I placed orders normally, and even deposited more money to hold on until my account was almost liquidated. During the account lockout period, I couldn't close my orders, leading to my account being liquidated. I filed a complaint by email to the exchange, requesting that they take responsibility for my lost funds. Their response was very vague, leaving me unsure of their proposed solution.
