On May 2nd, I made a normal trade on the exchange, then my account was closed. A few days later, the exchange reopened my account, but after closing the order, they wouldn't let me trade or withdraw my money. Now they've deducted all my interest, leaving only my principal deposit. When I try to withdraw my money, they refuse and return it to my account. I've emailed the exchange several times, but they still haven't resolved the issue.
