Since no other clients reported problems, they gave no other feedback whatsoever, resulting in my losses and account liquidation. After I raised doubts, the platform inexplicably banned my account. The response I received was: because I distrust the platform, they banned my account! How does my trust or distrust relate to banning my account! In the MC Smart Trading software privacy agreement, the listed New Era Futures Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as MC Smart Trading) was confirmed by me through contacting the official New Era Futures company: there is no such platform called MC Smart Trading at all. The official explicitly stated that the company only deals with futures and has never conducted forex business. MC Smart Trading engages in fraudulent impersonation and client inducement, illegal activities. I have repeatedly exposed MC Smart Trading on Tianyan, and will firmly defend my legitimate rights to the end!
