I am filing a real-name complaint against the Power Trading investment platform for maliciously blocking my withdrawals and illegally appropriating my personal funds. Through my own proper trading, my account ultimately profited $1306, and my total account assets are clearly verifiable, with complete and accurate transaction records. Subsequently, following the platform's normal withdrawal rules, I first applied to withdraw my principal of $1000 on February 5, 2026. This was a legitimate withdrawal of my own funds, but it was rejected by the platform without reason, showing that the review was not approved. After patiently waiting for a period of time, I applied again on February 27, 2026, to withdraw $2200, which was again unreasonably rejected by the platform. Both legitimate withdrawal applications were deliberately blocked. This platform has absolutely no integrity that it not only prevents me from withdrawing my principal but also maliciously withholds my trading profits, clearly intending to defraud investors. Afterwards, I proactively contacted the platform's online customer service multiple times to inquire about the cause and negotiate a solution. Now, the platform's customer service is completely unreachable: messages go unanswered, and the problem remains unresolved. They are deliberately avoiding communication, clearly intending to maliciously seize user funds.
