I have a serious issue to raise and request a solution: Currently, there is an agent on our CG FINTECH platform with the WeChat name "Zorro" (13922*****6, 15309*****6) and two phone numbers. He is severely lacking in integrity and extremely unreliable. He is suspected of embezzling clients' principal and has engaged in various other behaviors. He found an unreliable technical team offline to trade for clients, and while losses are understandable, after more than a month of continuous losses, he has been making false promises to clients who have lost more than 30% of their accounts. He has refused to compensate multiple clients whose accounts have lost half their money and is also using multiple back-and-forth transfers in the background to obfuscate account funds and embezzle a portion of clients' principal. This has led clients to consider reporting him to the police. Furthermore, he initially recruited an agent who, through personal sales skills, brought in 3-4 clients to the CG FINTECH platform within a short period. He had initially promised the agent an $18 commission per transaction. However, later, perhaps due to the lack of profitability of his technical team or other reasons, he embezzled all subsequent commissions from this agent, who also possessed excellent sales skills. Currently, several clients are considering depositing between several thousand and ten thousand US dollars, but because of this agent, they are hesitant to allow them to deposit any more funds. This has resulted in significant losses for the CG FINTECH platform. We request the platform to take action against this agent, Zorro (WeChat name), and resolutely prevent such an agent from negatively impacting the platform.
