I am an ETO Markets agent with five client accounts totaling approximately $6003.01 in net worth. The platform refused to allow withdrawals, only permitting the return of the principal, citing "trading violations." The platform's criteria for determining "violations" depended entirely on whether the trading result was a profit or loss, rather than the trading activity itself. This is a typical case of selective enforcement of rules, severely violating the principles of fair trading. Firstly, before opening an account, I double-checked the compliance of my trading methods. On February 27, 2026, before opening an account, I consulted ETO Markets's online customer service about my trading methods (going all-in a few seconds before the market closed and exiting at the opening the next day). Customer service clearly replied that "the platform has no restrictions on the time or method of client trading" and proactively notified my account manager to contact me. My account manager then communicated with me, indicating that they would report this to their superiors. About an hour later, a reply came: "The manager said that as long as you trade normally, hold positions, and make normal profits, ETO Markets will not deduct from your account. The trading situation you described is a normal profit-making scenario on ETO Markets. II. The platform never identified any violations when losses occurred. On March 9th, the client incurred losses, and I confirmed with the account manager whether there was a problem with the method. The reply was, "The risk control department didn't say this trade was illegal." On March 20th, the client's account was wiped out, and they applied for a negative balance reset. The account manager explicitly replied, "Normal reset." On March 23rd, after the client's account was wiped out, we applied for a reset on their behalf and again confirmed with the platform's customer service manager that the method was normal and the reset was normal. III. The platform suddenly changed its tune after profits occurred. On March 28th, five accounts traded using the exact same method and made profits. When applying for withdrawals, the platform initially identified it as a "violation" and only allowed the principal to be released. The platform emailed that it violated Article 9.7 of the client agreement, "Abuse of liquidity testing," but did not provide any specific order numbers, times, or evidence, only deducting my commission of $42.15. IV. Core Questions: Same method: compliant when losing, illegal when profiting. The platform's criteria for determining profit and loss are based on the outcome, not the trading activity itself. This violates the dual promises made by online customer service and account managers before account opening. V. Demands: Receive all profits from the 5 clients (approximately $6003.01); Cancel the deduction of my commission rebate. Evidence: I have retained online customer service chat logs, multiple communication records with my account manager (including supervisor replies), platform email screenshots, and trading records, which I can provide at any time.
