Recently, the platform scammed me out of 25,000 RMB, and I won't tolerate it anymore. FXTM's platform is notorious for slippage. Their website frequently experiences login issues, their official WeChat account has been blocked multiple times, and even their account managers' WeChat work accounts get suspended. My withdrawal was flagged for slippage, freezing my bank card to this day—they compensated me with a measly 2,000 yuan back then. Recently, my deposit account was flagged for slippage, freezing my bank card for 18 days. And they blame me??? They use volatile liquidity providers for deposits and withdrawals, making slippage rampant and causing users' funds to get frozen!!! The platform consistently experiences slippage. Recently, they forcibly closed my positions after I hedged them. Previous forced liquidations after hedging left me with no avenue for complaint, but this time I can finally use software to report them. This is purely a money-grabbing scam platform—it's happened more than once or twice. As a 5-year veteran user, my complaints to customer service were met with indifference and no follow-up. They just keep sending emails saying they received my complaint, then two days later, another email saying it's resolved. They're essentially answering their own questions—no one is actually addressing the issue. I've never seen such a shameless platform. They email to say they received the complaint, then email again to say it's resolved. ??? Are they just talking to themselves, entertaining themselves, satisfying themselves? I will absolutely keep reporting them. I urge fellow Chinese citizens not to fall victim to this scam platform!!!
