ATFX is not paying out commissions. Currently, I cannot open positions, close positions, or withdraw funds. My account has been frozen. What should I do with my remaining fund of 173.39? They even require me to promote to 3 people before I can withdraw money, clearly implying that they want advertisement before processing my withdrawal.
