Messaged them but got no response. Ended up deleting the app because the 'live' chat wasn’t live at all. Tried depositing 100 baht—when depositing 5, it went into the account immediately. But... Fate doesn’t seem to be working out. Tried to withdraw, but they deducted a 20-baht service fee. So, deposited more to withdraw, but 4 hours later—dead silence. Charged 20 baht for terrible service. Whether it’s chat or email, no response anywhere. There’s even a number to call staff directly—should’ve just called right away, easier. Honestly, one time is enough. Let’s never meet again.
