PGM platform uses EA for short-term gold trading to promote their business. Once customers start making money, on December 30th, they suddenly opened and closed positions at the same price point, placing over 130 lots with $50,000, resulting in a 40% loss. Following this incident, not only did the platform refuse to allow withdrawals, but they also froze the account and falsely accused the customer of violating trading regulations. After the issue, it has been impossible to contact the platform or receive any resolution. Please help resolve this issue!
