TMGM treats customers like suckers: accounts frozen, funds withheld!

I want to share my frustrating and infuriating experience with TMGM (TradeMax Global Markets). I deposited a total of $91,231 in November 2023 and April 2024 (as evidenced by deposit confirmation screenshots). By April 23, 2024, I had made nearly $200,000 in profits on my account (as seen in the Daily Confirmation email screenshot). Once my account finally became profitable after several months, I decided to withdraw some of the principal and submitted a withdrawal request to TMGM (as evidenced by email). However, on May 1, 2024, I suddenly received an email from TMGM claiming that I had violated operational rules and that they decided to freeze my account for review. Since then, I've been stuck in a long process of waiting and appealing for five whole months! During this time, I contacted their official support email countless times without anyone addressing my situation properly! In these past five months, the only response I received from TMGM was an email asking me to provide some identity verification documents that I couldn't possibly provide. I emailed them to confirm whether providing the requested materials would allow me to successfully withdraw my funds. The customer service told me that was only the first step of the process! This means that even if I provide those troublesome and unreasonable documents, I still wouldn't be able to get my money back! This further proves that they are unwilling to return my funds! It has been six months since this ordeal began! And yet, I can't even retrieve the initial capital I deposited. I have the following questions for TMGM (TradeMax Global Markets): 1. Why are you unreasonably refusing to process my withdrawal request? 2. Why lock my trading account and backend without any valid reason? 3. Why irrationally demand documents that I don't possess? 4. After my account manager left, why hasn't a new one been assigned to address my issues? 5. You're even unwilling to refund my principal! As a platform that claims to be among the top five global forex brands, why does TMGM treat its customers this way? Are customers only expected to lose money and not make any? During the months when I was losing money, why weren't those deemed as violations? Yet when I started making profits, you used such reasons to block my withdrawals—is this your so-called strength and financial robustness? I will not give up on reclaiming what's mine! TMGM, faced with such unfair treatment, please provide a reasonable explanation! Do not treat your Chinese customers as mere sources of income or arbitrarily exploit them! We are not your ATMs; we will not tolerate such fraudulent behavior! Everyone should be wary and not let TMGM continue deceiving more customers!
