I was not satisfied with the platform so I wanted to withdraw money. I didn’t expect to have trouble with the first withdrawing. I withdrew money more than 10 days ago but the money has not arrived. I sent emails to ask what happen. They asked me to check if the bank detained the money. I went to the bank to check, the bank said that the money was not recorded, and the bank statement could not find the detention record.
