Unable to withdraw in huitong

In this October, I knew huitong online and clicked into its website. The assistant helped me open the account. I deposited 198000 RMB in total. Recently, I have made a withdrawal since I needed money urgently. But the withdrawal was always unavailable. The assistant kept shirking and even induced me to add fund to be the prime VIP.
