12月3日晚上usg平台的原油品种点数卡住不动！

原油的点数卡在56.295的位置不动了，出现好几个小时了，做了空单的人平不了仓，由于平台问题带来的不便，一直以信誉不滑点不卡盘著称的老平台usg，该不该对客户给予一定的补偿以及由于平台原因造成的亏损给予赔付呢？由于上传不了视频我截图了几张对应时间的价格对比作为证据
