GTSharbors serious chuck and slippage

I traded on the computer and the network was smooth. When I traded, it took seconds for the orders to enter the market. And the profitable orders could not be closed out for quite a few minutes. I then thought that was because I traded ten more lots. Later, I traded 0.1 lots but chuck was still there. That caused a serious loss. I have a video to prove my words. I contacted the platform salesman, he said that was caused risk management.
