On September 17, 2019, I shorted gold, setting two take-profit orders at 1496.6. After I came back from a meeting, the pip was down to 1495.8 and the take-profit orders weren’t triggered with the settings changed into 1496.2. That caused a forced liquidation. I demand a reasonable explanation!!!!
