Can’t withdraw

I tried to withdraw on September 12th, but they rejected. They told us the withdrawal requests need to be audited by FSA and the withdrawal would be arrived in mid-October. They want to stall off the time. What’s more, the platform increased their deposit bonus, seems like they are intending to make a big deal before they abscond.
