Pepperstone’s customer service personnel noticed me over phone said that they received an email from their Australian headquarters, saying that because the headquarters received my complaint, and they thought that I was not suitable for trading on their platform, forcing me to close orders out. They also disabled my encryption terminal, which caused me to suffer a lot of losses.
