KVB deleted the profit privately,which was so disgusting!

KVB,I am your client.My MT4 account was 6***6.I traded on your platform at 15:46,13th,August,2019.I profited for $3429.24 by making orders,which was deleted by your company.The customer service explained that the data was rollback deleted,which I couldn’t accept.You deleted my data without my permission which was inconsistent with regulation requirements.Firstly,I didn’t accept your wrong quotation for I placed my order with according to you standard.Secondly,I shouldn’t afford for the loss of wrong quotation because of your technology error.Thirdly,this the first time I met this situation,The trade I conduct on other platforms is always normal.You deleted my statement of profiting settlement without my permission.It was your obvious repudiation.Which regulator allows you to pocket my profit?I have cooperated with KVB for a long time with your credit basis.You must compensate me for the profit after you restore you bugs.For the terrible experience,I hope you put emphasis on the solution!
