I have no access to withdrawal, with the profits deducted

With an excuse of trading on behalf of customers, the platform deducted my profits. It also framed me for using illegal plug-in created by a third party. When I deposited 2,000 dollars in my account, it said I could withdraw the capital. However, it only allowed me to withdraw the remaining 500 dollars in the account.
