Cannot withdraw on Million Tinkle. Keeps telling me my application canceled. Service shirking.

I submitted the withdrawal request from last week. I was dismissed every day, showing that my application was invalid. I submitted no less than 7 times a week. All of them were invalidated. The customer service shirked responsibility to the marketing department. The marketing department said I’ve applied for too many withdrawals. Then they disappeared, giving me no reasons for cancelation of my withdrawal request. After submitting for half a day or one day, they will invalidate my application directly. I might as well say that my money has been taken away by them. If they won't let me withdraw money, don't always shy away from me. Everyone should be careful when investing in this platform. Their withdrawal treaty was written "the latest day to arrive". As a result, it did not arrive in half a month, and a positive reply was not given to me.
