ETB BULLION offers no access to withdrawal, attempting to pocket customers' money

I can neither withdraw my rebates and the remaining capital from ETB BULLION, nor can I log in its website. When I asked customer service personnel for explanations, they replied confidently without realizing their own problems! Shameless! It is clear that the platform is pocketing customers' money.
