My commission on GMI platform from March to May was altogether $4,000. I was unable to withdraw them. From the moment of the problem occurrence to the present, the GMI platform has remained silent and does not give me a solution. I called and every time they said that they were submitting the problem to the higher authorities, and then they hang up. However, the GMI platform still sends trading advice online every day. It’s been 25 days now, they still don’t handle my commission problem. I have contacted the FCA Regulatory and GMI UK headquarters, but I still have no reply.
