CF139 is a scam. Their receipt account belongs to someone personal

1). The New Zealand and Australia regulatory licenses claimed by CF139(www.cf139.com) are just ordinary financial services licenses. The platform does not have the trading authority for financial derivatives (foreign exchange) at all. And the transfer receipt account is the personal account of CCB. Thus, the funds we invested did not enter the market. We are actually a counterparty of CF139. China UnionPay, China Construction Bank and UCF Pay provide channels for this illegal foreign exchange platform. Now I ask them to return the lost funds and I am preparing to file a complaint to the foreign regulators they claim to be in New Zealand and Australia.
2). UCF Pay provides a transaction channel for CF139, so I ask UCF Pay to pay the responsibility for compensation.
3). The transfer receipt account of the platform is a personal account of CCB. Therefore, CCB provides a payment channel for illegal foreign platforms. I asked China UnionPay and China Construction Bank to freeze their fund accounts and assume responsibility for compensation.
4). FX678 (www.fx678.com) and its mobile app homepage provide advertising support for CF139 scam platform and use the bonus mode to deceive investors and attract customers for this scam platform. I ask FX678 to take responsibility for the compensation.
5). The National Network Information Office should completely cancel all domestic illegal advertisements for the CF139 platform.
6). CSRC and the SAFE should crack down the scam platform CF139 and avoid more people to be deceived.
