They won’t let me withdraw my profit.

I started trading since May this year. I deposited $15000. I traded a large order, thinking that no matter the result would be, I would accept it. I earned $14000. But they wiped my profit and my balance reduced to $9000. I called them, but they said everything is fine. God damn it.

我是五月份入的金，8号还是9号记不清了。金额是在15000美金左右，然后我是10号开始做单的。我做了挺多手的，要么赚一笔，要么亏了就算了。平仓后我账面上有盈利14000美金左右，还没五分钟，盈利部分就被抹除了，剩下9000美金。我就纳闷了，我刚开始还以为是系统问题，重新登录了一下还是只有9000美金，于是我就打电话给熙伦的账户经理，他居然说我没赢钱。这是什么操作？？？？我赢钱了就直接没了！！！！后来打电话投诉以后，再打电话给账户经理交涉，就说什么只能补足到初始入金。我是真的无语啊，赢钱了平台可以这样随意更改数字不承认你赢钱？外汇平台都是这个样子？
