Large amount of maintenance cost was deducted inexplicably

I have never been informed in advance that the maintenance cost will be charged if I do not trade within three months. Now the platform has frozen my account without contacting me positively,as well as deducting the maintenance cost of nearly $1,600. It is too unreasonable. It is a fraud and deceitful acts
