随便扣取大额维护成本费用

从来没有提前告知或说明三个月内不交易就收取维护成本费用，现在把账户冻结，还不主动联系我，还随便就扣取了账户近1600美元的维护成本费用，太没有道理，简直是属于诈骗和欺骗行为
