Cannot withdraw on HLJY

I opened an account on HLJY on December 2018. Last month it was banned and I can’t withdraw. The service gave no response. Then I saw on the Internet that they didn’t pay not even clients, but also agents. Later I looked up its history from 2010 to 2012, realizing that they are just doing the same thing they did before.
