A forced liquidation

I held two 0.5 lots of gold and 0.2 lots of crude. Order No. 3849824 and order number 3872578. I made a gold order of 0.5 lots on April 15th. Before April 24th, 16:30, I still paid attention to the market . The quotations then did not fluctuate much. At that time, the margin rate was 60%. As I am worried about a forced liquidation occurred when the margin rate was under 40%, I decided to close 01 lots first. But when 0.1 lot was closed, the gold orders were all forced to close out. The closing price of the order with the number 3872578 was displayed at the opening price. The profits of nearly 400 US dollars disappeared. (you will understand as you see the order with 0.1 lots. Though the positions were forced to close out, but the corresponding profits of 98.6 by 0.1 lots and 394.4 by 0.4 lots were gone). I tried to contact with the customer service personnel but failed. Then I turned to the salesman, and he always said that the order is normal, and that the forced liquidation was caused by the deficient margin.
