Complaint on MAX ,which gives no access to withdrawal
I invested $5,000 in the MAX platform on October 2017 and made a loss of $1,100 during the actual operation. In February this year, due to family needs, I planned to withdraw a portion of the fund from the platform, but found that the customer interfaceof MAS MS has been unable to log in.The application for withdrawal has also been delayed. I was told to wait patiently since the system was in upgrade.Later,customer service didn’t reply to me and hung up when I inquired about the withdrawal.And the agent who helped me deposit money was out of contact.Hope traders pay attention to the platform.

投诉MAX MS平台已无法出金
本人于2017年10月份在MAS MS平台入金5000美元,实盘操作期间有1100美元的亏损,今年二月份由于家庭需要,打算从平台出一部分金,但是发现MAS MS的客户界面已经无法登陆,在线出金申请也迟迟得不到回应。联系客服得到的解释是系统正在维护需耐心等待,以后再联系客服时再问到出金的事情,客服便不在回复并挂断对话,而且入金的代理也已经联系不上了。希望广大外汇交易者注意该平台
