Can’t withdraw on GTS

Their website https://www.gtsforex.com/. I applied for a $2000 withdrawal at 13 o’clock on January 21th, 2019. The email said the withdrawal is successful. However, until today, 28th, the money still didn’t arrive. No one gave me a solution. I deposited many times on this platform and never withdrew before. I chose it because I saw the compensation scheme on WikiFX. I never thought that I couldn’t even withdraw for once!
