WistonFX maliciously produced slippage to make my position liquidated.

I was introduced by a friend to deposit on January 17th, 2019. At 8 o’clock 21th, the spread of my ECN account suddenly soared up. The NZD/USD spread instantly became 300 pips. It led to my position liquidation.
I contacted the service, but they gave me no response. Such a practice is malicious. I hope they can give me a satisfying solution.
