Anzo Capital maliciously stopped ask price for 20 minutes.

The Anzo Capital platform was established in 2015 and was renamed Anzo Capital by fx88. I thought this platform was very reliable. It was not until once and for all that I found out that the company induced customers to trade on their platform with fast deposit and withdraw, low commissions, high return commissions and other conditions! In the course of my trading, the platform often has serious slippage and sometimes I can’t close the position or log in. The problem this time is that after the GBP/JPY order I traded earned more than 1w US dollars, the platform stopped the quotation directly, which made me unable to close the position. I contacted the customer service to let them deal with it, but it was useless. Later, the customer service told me that their company would compensate this, but then the customer service, the platform, and everyone ignored me. They want to delay the time in this way so as not to compensate the customer for the loss.
