I have been trading on the OEXN for over a year. During this time, I have consistently formulated my trading strategies strictly in accordance with the swap rates displayed on the platform over the long term—all trading decisions regarding my positions, holding periods, and profit-and-loss planning have been based on the swap costs displayed on the platform over the long term and actually settled. For over a year, OEXN has settled every holding fee normally in accordance with the swap rates it displayed, and all withdrawal requests during this period were approved without issue. The platform never issued any warnings or notifications to me regarding the swap rates. However, once my account recently began to generate profits, OEXN suddenly and unilaterally determined that the “swap rates were incorrect” and directly deducted a position fee of up to $14,343.26 from my MT4 account. What I find even more unacceptable is that this retroactive deduction covers an entire year’s worth of trading records. For over a year, the platform never informed me of any issues with the swap rates, yet when I began to make a profit, it dug up old records, made retroactive deductions, and overturned the settlement rules that had been in effect for the entire year. My primary demand is to cancel the $14,343.29 in swap fees that were unlawfully deducted from my account.
