I have been trading on the OEXN platform for over a year, and have always formulated my trading strategy according to the swap rates displayed on the platform. All position trades, holding periods, and profit/loss planning were based on the swap costs that the platform has long displayed and actually settled. Now, after more than a year of trading, my account recently became profitable. The platform, citing erroneous swap rates, directly deducted a swap fee of $14,343.29 from my MT4 account. Prior to this deduction, all withdrawal reviews during the more than one year of trading had passed normally, and I was never informed of any error in the swap rates. Now they are overturning the settlement rules that have been in effect for a whole year, seriously harming traders' rights. My current demand is to revoke this retroactive deduction of the $14,343.29 swap fee.
