On the evening of December 12, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request for 1,100 USDT. This withdrawal was never processed. Subsequently, on December 16, 2025, I received a notification from EC Markets claiming that my account had triggered their risk control protocols. I would like to state for the record that my activity on the platform was both minimal and compliant. My entire engagement spanned only five days, with daily sessions not exceeding one to two hours. I did not engage in any prohibited or irregular activities, and I am at a loss to understand the basis for their accusation. I responded to their email on the same day (December 16, 2025) to contest this claim and request a detailed explanation. The platform did not provide any substantive response. Instead, they proceeded to fully suspend my account, which I can no longer access. The total principal funds I deposited amount to approximately 900 USDT. As of today, December 25, 2025, EC Markets has failed to provide any further communication, resolution, or justification for their actions. I respectfully urge your office to investigate this matter and review the conduct of EC Markets. I seek a clear explanation, the restoration of my account access, and the processing of my rightful withdrawal.
