I've used several platforms and want to warn all of you to be cautious. I recently switched to ZFX, but had a very poor experience. There were no rebates on transactions, all of it was taken by the platform. Despite several attempts to contact their customer service, I received no response. The way they operate is simply appalling. Worst of all, when trading over 500 dollars last night, I couldn't log into my account due to some error and after many failed attempts, I ended up with a forced liquidation. It was dreadful. I urge everyone to stay vigilant.
