On the morning of July 17th, around 9:30 am, at 04:34:36 during trading, there was a margin call in the situation of a locked position in gold, with a volume of 0.41 lots for both long and short positions. The market was calm with minimal fluctuations, and there was no risk warning of insufficient available margin. The platform has not provided a reasonable explanation, only stating that there was insufficient margin! I demand justice and the return of my principal from this fraudulent platform.
