Dear Leaders, Hello, I am the account holder of account 693084723. I regret to have to contact you in this manner. The main purposes of today's communication are: First, to complain about being treated differently on this platform, including maliciously added spreads and fees; Second, to express my personal demand: I request a refund for the fees added without my knowledge. Complaint details: 1. Maliciously obtaining customer information, requesting customers to provide ID cards and bank cards. At the end of April 2024, I was recommended by Mr. Zhu to open an account and engage in foreign exchange trading on the ATFX platform. The account manager of this platform, registered with the SayBox app, has the account ATFX6666. When I contacted him to open an account, he asked me to send my personal ID card and bank card information. However, I learned from several other ATFX agents that there is no need to provide such documents. They can directly provide a platform link for uploading the documents. I have reason to question the intentions of this account manager. As a novice in the market, I had no doubts because of Mr. Zhu's introduction. 2. Poor and unprofessional service. No information about spreads and fees is disclosed. I had to bear high spreads of more than 50 pips and fees of 30 pips per transaction during a two-month trading period. During the account opening process, the account manager did not inform me about spreads and fees. As a foreign exchange market novice, I did not have the right to know. After the transactions, I found that the buying price was 50 pips higher than the actual trading price, and there was a fee of 30 pips. When I consulted the account manager, he replied that these were normal international platform spreads. I would like to ask the leaders, is a 50-pip spread normal? Based on my understanding from several other ATFX agents, the spreads are generally between 26-35 pips, and they also mentioned that there are no fees for currency transactions and they can be set. Therefore, my account has already met the requirements for an agent account with a balance of $50,000. Why do I still have to bear high fees? The cost per lot is as high as $50, which is equivalent to about 375 RMB. If I trade 10 lots each time, I will lose 3,750 RMB without my knowledge. 3. Deceiving customers to deposit more funds in order to qualify for fee reductions. This behavior is fraudulent. The account manager posted on Moments, stating that fees can be waived for accounts with balances between $150,000 and $300,000. Based on my understanding, ATFX does not have such an activity, it is deceptive. I have reason to suspect that this account manager maliciously induced customers to invest funds in order to achieve his own performance goals. He used the platform to deceive ordinary novice customers, which is extremely detrimental to the reputation of the platform. This behavior is fraudulent. 4. Creating various panics for customers and defaming fellow ATFX account managers. After learning about normal spreads from other ATFX agents, I asked the account manager for confirmation. Instead of objectively explaining the actual situation, he guided customers to believe that these were scammers from outside. After multiple inquiries, I found that several other ATFX agents are all legitimate ATFX employees. I don't need to provide evidence here. This behavior further demonstrates that the account manager has violated the company's service tenet: putting users first and keeping it simple and trustworthy. This is how ATFX is promoted on the official website. How can such a stain be allowed on the company's platform? Creating panic for customers. 5. Lack of integrity, promises can be broken without any credibility. The account manager promised to waive the fees, but in the end, he gave baseless personal reasons, stating that it was instructed by the department manager or Mr. Zhu not to waive them. May I ask, as the platform, does ATFX have the right to bring personal emotions into work? Is this the attitude of service? Does your company recognize the ability of such an unprofessional account manager? In addition, the cultural quality of the communication process is extremely low, saying things that are baseless, such as "you respect me a foot, I respect you a zhang". Is this the attitude of service? Should customers have to beg the ATFX platform? Who gave the account manager such great power to add baseless things to customers? Demand: Please take strict action against this manager who lacks both professional ethics and competence. As a customer, I should not have to pay for his mistakes. 尊敬的各位领导: 大家好,我是账户693084723的户主。很遗憾已这样的方式与各位联系。 今天来件的主要目的: 第一投诉在此平台受到区别对待,恶意添加点差和手续费等一系列问题。 第二阐述个人诉求:要求退还我不知情情况恶意添加的手续费 投诉内容: 1. 恶意套取客户信息,要求客户提供身份证+银行卡, 1. 在2024年4月底,由朱某推荐该ATFX平台客户经理,帮忙开户做汇市交易。该客户经理注册了说盒APP,账号ATFX6666。我联系需要开户,该客户经理让我发送个人的身份证件+银行卡信息。 但我在其他多个ATFX代理客户经理那了解到,根本不需要提供材料,直接给平台链接就能自己去上传材料。 我有理由质疑该客户经理的目的性。我是一个市场小白,因为是朱某介绍,所以没有任何质疑。 2. 服务极差,不专业。不透露任何点差和手续费的信息。让我在长达两个月交易期间承担高额的每笔点差50+手续费30 开户过程中,该客户经理并未向我介绍点差和手续费的任何事宜,我作为汇市小白,我没有获取知情权。在交易之后,我发现买入价格和实际交易价格高达50个点差,以及30个点差的手续费。我向该客户经理咨询,他给的答复是这个是国际平台点差,都是正常的。请问各位领导50的点差是正常的吗?我在其他几个ATFX的代理那边了解的点差基本是26-35 的一个过程,同时对方表示没有货币交易没有手续费,可以设置。所以我账户在满足5万美金的情况都已经达到了代理账户的标准,我为什么还要承担高额的手续费? 我一首的成本比普通账户高达50美金。换算成功人民币折合约375元。如果我每次交易10首,我将在不知情的情况损失3750. 3. 诱骗客户充更多资金才能达到减免手续费活动。该行为实属诈骗欺诈行为。 该客户经理发朋友圈,告知资金在满足15-30万美金的账户,可以减免手续费。据我了解,在ATFX根本就没有此活动,属于招摇。我有理由怀疑该客户经理为了达到自己的业绩,恶意诱导客户去投入资金。利用平台欺骗普通小白客户。败坏平台名声,性质及其恶劣。属于欺诈行为。 4. 给客户制造各种恐慌,诋毁同行ATFX的客户经理。 我在向其他ATFX代理商了解正常点差之后,向该客户经理求证,此客户经理不客观说明实际情况,反而引导客户认为这是外面套牌的骗子,在我多次求证之后,发现其他几个ATFX代理商均为正常的ATFX工作人员,这里我无需提供证据。此行为更能说明该客户经理有违背公司服务宗旨:用户第一,简单可信。官网都是这样宣传ATFX,怎能放任这样的污点在公司平台。给客户恶意制造恐慌。 5. 没有诚信可言,答应的事情,可以毫无信用 客户经理答应减免手续费,但最终给出莫须有的私人原因,是由该部门经理或者朱某指定不给减免。请问ATFX作为平台方,有权利将个人感情带入工作吗?这是服务的态度吗?这样不专业的客户经理 ,贵公司认可这样的能力吗?另外沟通过程文化素质极低,说一些莫须有的话,什么您敬我一仗,我敬您一尺?这是服务的态度。怎么客户应该去求ATFX平台吗?谁给客户经理这么大的权利去给客户加莫须有的事情的。 诉求: 请贵平台严格对待,该客户经理,即没有职业道德,也没有职业素养。我作为客户,不应该为此人的工作失误买单。我不知情的情况下给我恶意添加的点差和手续费理应由平台处理返还。 请贵司派尽快协调人员沟通解决,该客户经理素质极差,沟通过程很不愉快,谢谢! 具体事件经过,已有5张截图内容,我这里还有更多,如果贵公司需要,可联系我,我提供,谢谢!期待我们尽快解决问题。
