My name is LAU TAK KUEN, and I am an investor from Hong Kong, China. I wish to file a complaint against Ec Markets Group Ltd for forex fraud. I have a forex trading account with Ec Markets Group Ltd. However, they have now blocked my access to the client center, closed all my MT4 trading accounts, and are refusing to let me withdraw funds (principal of $10,000 + approximately $4,000 in profits, totaling about $14,000). Since I cannot log into the account, I do not know the exact amount, but it is no less than $14,000. On April 13, 2024, I opened an account with EC Markets and applied for three MT4 accounts: 2085067, 2083825, 2085056. On April 13, 2024, I made my first deposit of $1,000 to EC Markets via USDT. On April 16, 2024, I made a second deposit of $6,000 via USDT. On April 17, 2024, I made a third deposit of $3,000 via USDT. In total, I deposited $10,000 into EC Markets and traded on their platform. On May 17, 2024, I received an email from EC Markets stating that my account had toxic orders and they had blocked my access to the client center and closed all my MT4 trading accounts. I responded to their inquiries and provided the required information as requested. On May 21, 2024, I received another email from EC Markets. Again following their instructions, I answered their questions and provided the necessary documents. Additionally, I requested that they unlock my account by May 24 (see attached). As of now, they have not yet processed this request.
