I couldn't get into the backend, and I was asked to provide proof, including a video of my ID card in hand, proof of address, passport proof, bill proof, source of funds proof, and various proofs. The key is that you have to go to a notary's office to get it stamped before they will recognize the documents. It's been nearly 20 days, and it's really troublesome to withdraw the principal.
