Servere slippage on this platform

The market price of the order placed has not reached the stop loss and has been stopped. Really disgusting, serious slippage. It used to be good, but recently I don't know what's going on and I don't dare to use it anymore. I contacted the platform’s customer service, but no one answered me. It’s a scam platform.
