Funds applied for on FOREX.com cannot be withdrawn.

The first time I applied for 1,168 US dollars, the platform claimed that the bank account was suspicious and refunded it to me after 5 days. I had to go to the bank for verification. There are no problems with my account, and my bank account can transfer and receive money normally. The second application was for US$1,383. It has been deducted for 4 days and no funds have been received. I called FOREX.com customer service and was asked to wait! Each time I wait for a week. I hope the platform can withdraw my money as soon as possible. Such a situation should not happen on such a large platform.
